As a Healthcare Data Quality Analyst - Remote, you will thrive as you design and test our HEDIS based solutions. You will be a primary contributor in the consistency of design and testing of key solutions to support business initiatives, while working with cutting edge technology. Primary Responsibilities:
- Expertise supporting quality analysis, test design, including test automation, and approach to assess HEDIS outcomes reporting and solutions
- Experience in design consistency and product test approach, data creation, and testing of full and incremental deliverables, reports, user interface, security-based access, and performance and scalability
- Expertise accessing NCQA and other quality guidelines, tech and input spec changes for annual measure data readiness (data creation), and test readiness
- Expertise in data validation; Member, Enrollment, Provider, Lab, Visits, Pharmacy, diagnosis, procedure, CPT, DRG, NDC, LOINC, HCPCS, eligibility, etc.
- Understanding of measure logic, able to perform analytics for research and testing, able to identify gaps in data and create data to satisfy test scope
- Experience with Python, SQL, Alteryx, or other tools to extract and analyze data
- Capture data and develop data driven metrics to identify gaps and identify opportunities to improve key performance metrics to successfully drive SLAs, on time releases
- Use analytic tools to identify data abnormalities that impact rule development and outcomes
- Collaborate on ideation, development, and maintenance of new and existing test automation
- Collaborate on application design and enhancements
- Support escalated client issues and serve as subject matter expert on product and data related content

Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience analyzing HEDIS, STARS, or similar national & state quality initiatives
- 3 years of experience in analyzing and testing, using tools such as SQL, Java, Python, or similar
- 2 years of experience working from business requirements
- Proficiency with MS Excel (intermediate )
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Aha
- Experience working with Rally
- Experience working with Python
- Experience working with WebdriverIO
- Experience working in a matrix environment

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
