- Design solutions to improve organizational effectiveness, using a consulting framework and various methods, tools, and techniques.
- Lead organization design and implement change, driving impact through your role as a leadership coach, strategic consultant, and organizational navigator.

Requirements
- 7 years of People Team (HR) experience, preferably in a matrixed environment.
- Experience working with large, complex organizations and applying data and analytics to influence decision making and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated understanding of business fluency and knowledge, and ability to articulate the strategy, customer base, and external factors impacting the business.
