Position Details:

Location: 1310 S. Lebanon Street, Lebanon, IN 46052
Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 7:30am-5pm / No evenings, weekends, or holidays!
Specialty: Family Practice

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment & instruments
• Room patients, obtain health history and check vital signs
• Document patient care using electronic medical record software
• Assist providers with minor, in-office procedures 
• Schedule appointments, complete prior authorizations, process medication refills, handle referrals and answer patient calls as needed

Required Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Indiana

Preferred Qualifications: 

• CPR certification
• Experience working as an LPN in a family practice setting
• Experience with NextGen or other electronic medical record (EMR) software
• Experience performing medical back-office tasks including injections/immunizations, phlebotomy, urinalysis, and administering medications
• Experience performing medical front-office tasks including scheduling appointments, prior authorizations, medication refills, and referrals
