Medical Receptionist - Saint Petersburg, FL

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Location: Onsite - 2812 54th Ave S, Saint Petersburg, FL 33712 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Check in and outpatients
• Schedule appointments
• Answering phone and managing patient medical records
• Process incoming faxes for a clinic
• Insurance verification
• Answering billing questions
• Other duties as assigned

• Limited work experience
• Works on simple tasks using established procedures
• Depends on others for guidance
• Work is typically reviewed by others

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 6 months of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare/medical background
• Experience with MS Office

The salary range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
