The Patient Engagement Representative is primarily responsible for supporting the pharmacists delivering comprehensive medication management services for Genoa Clinical Services (GCS) in a call center environment.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 10 : 30 am - 7 : 00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Primary Responsibilities :

Conducts outreach to qualified patients in a confidential manner with strict adherence to policies and procedures

Articulates clinical services effectively, leading to patient engagement and program participation

Performs data entry and complete written documentation of calls

Maintains department productivity levels for customer satisfaction and performance goals

Communicates positively and professionally with patients, providers, and team members

Answers a multiple line telephone system and triage the call to the appropriate party

Completes administrative duties to include processing mail and faxes

Performs other projects, work, and activities as assigned to ensure continuous service to our patients and clients

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience

Must be 18 years of age OR Older

2 years of Customer Service experience

Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 10 : 30 am - 7 : 00 pm CST from Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends

Preferred Qualifications :

2 years of call center experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Word (modifying documents) and Microsoft Excel (ability to modify and maintain spreadsheets)

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

Sales experience

Telecommuting Requirements :

Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
