Primary Responsibilities:
- Consult with referring providers when appropriate
- Collaborate with integrated behavioral health providers onsite and across The Corvallis Clinic organization.
- Work at the top of your licensure while providing excellent behavioral health care to patients
- Treat a variety of patients including complex patients with comorbidities.
- Provide care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for various conditions
- Practice evidence-based medicine
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide individualized treatment for patients

Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Psychologist (PsyD, PhD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a busy, outpatient clinic
