As Associate General Counsel, Regulatory Affairs, you will be responsible for providing legal support to our team, driving the implementation of new legislation, and counseling senior management on regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute delivery of legal services and related support to our regulatory affairs organization.
- Drive implementation of new legislation, including mental health parity legislation.
- Counsel senior management on regulatory matters and risk mitigation.
- Provide legal support to regulatory issues, including market conduct exams and regulatory complaints.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree.
- Current license to practice law in one or more US jurisdictions.
- 5 years of legal experience.
- 2 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Managed Care Litigation, Health Parity, Healthcare insurance.
