As Associate Director of National Regulatory Affairs, you will be responsible for leading a team of regulatory professionals and providing strategic leadership to business partners. You will oversee the tracking of regulatory issues, relationships, and outreach to federal agencies to share information, ensuring a coordinated approach across the organization. You will work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Legal, External Affairs, and business teams to develop and implement regulatory strategies and support business partners with drafting documents related to proposed regulatory changes. To be successful in this role, you should have 5 years of experience in a health care and/or managed care regulatory environment in a compliance, regulatory or legal capacity, experience in project management, including managing multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in data management through Excel, SharePoint, and Teams. You should also have demonstrated persuasive and factual writing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail for internal and external audiences.
