The Principal Marketing Data Analyst role is a key role that will be accountable for solving for unique and complex needs / opportunities for E&I B2C Marketing Analytics and Reporting assets for our B2C Marketing and Sales Enablement Business Partners. This role will primarily be involved with our Marketing Evolution program in leading large / complex projects to build the future state reporting and analytics assets. This role is expected to identify and initiate opportunities for innovation, data quality enhancements, process improvements and automation all contributing to enhancing the operational excellence of the team.

The salary range for this role is $89, to $, annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable.
