The Senior Patient Care Coordinator will assist Admin with achieving goals of lowering APT, seeing band 4 and 5 patients, CLP, PC, HCC's addressed, and 4 stars all plans. This involves organizing and tracking patient data, working gap lists. Also assisting in monitoring phones, referrals, scheduling, managing team and providing in clinic coverage
Positions in this function are responsible for checking in, scheduling appointments, answering billing questions and managing patient medical records for a clinic. Roles may vary based on the size of the clinic(s).

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
The salary range for this role is $19.86 to $38.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
