We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Team Rooms Engineer to join our team. This role involves supporting and configuring new audio-video systems, including Crestron, Q-SYS, Poly, and Logitech devices, in conference rooms, boardrooms, and other meeting spaces. The ideal candidate will test new equipment in our lab and provide in-person support during high-profile meetings with the executive team. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with AV installation and configuration, Microsoft technology, and cloud solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and operating AV equipment and systems
• Reviewing, analyzing, and modifying AV programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging, and installing for large-scale AV setups
• Evaluating system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for AV hardware/software compatibility
• Overseeing AV environments’ health and facilitating high-severity incidents to improve the state of AV service availability and continuity
• Developing processes and activities that focus on restoring AV service after an incident occurs
• Documenting all AV hardware, application, facility, etc. problems and taking corrective action as required
• Configure and support audio-video systems, including Crestron, Q-SYS, Poly, and Logitech devices, in various meeting spaces
• Test and evaluate new equipment in the lab to ensure functionality and compatibility
• Provide in-person technical support during high-profile meetings with the executive team
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems and devices
• Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless integration of new devices
• Maintain and update documentation for system configurations and procedures
• Train end-users on the proper use of AV systems and devices
• Install and configure AV systems, ensuring optimal performance
• Utilize Microsoft technology and cloud solutions to enhance system functionality

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience working with AV technologies
• 3 years of experience  in configuring and supporting Crestron, Q-SYS, Poly, and Logitech devices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of Microsoft technology and cloud solutions
• Proven excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to provide in-person support during high-profile meetings

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
