Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business units, business leadership, technology leadership and other teams in understanding the functional design for processes identified for application and platform development
• Document API requirements, test cases, and test results
• Design, Develop and Manage Public Cloud Resources
• Providing input over solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across the company’s IT infrastructure and delivery team
• Design reusable queries and test cases
• Ensure quality of coded components by using best practice
• Comply with and help enforce testing standards, policies and procedures
• Ensure all test results are properly documented and logged
• Participate in an Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases through Sprints
• Communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager and providing inputs to the change control process
• Support the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
• Training and mentoring other analysts within the team on data analysis and testing disciplines
• Help develop team standards and best practices while keeping up to date with industry standards

Required Qualifications:

• Practiced knowledge of agile development practices and DevOps principles 
• Experience with data modeling, data analysis, data cleansing, and data preparation
• Experience and familiarity with Azure services and solutions, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS)
• Proven understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) concepts and SDLC processes
• Skilled in data analysis and manipulation using Python libraries like Pandas and NumPy
• Proven ability to contribute to or helps drive architecture/design, technology, and tool decisions and implementations
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data and process issues
• Proven ability to develop and sustain a mentality of life-long learning through ongoing investigation and investment in new coding, technical and operational skills and knowledge
• Proven solid communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to design and implement robust data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Proven ability to work  effectively with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated solid analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights
• Proven solid skills with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Powerpoint, Visio, and Word

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
