The position of Foster Care Supervisor at UnitedHealth Group offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children in the foster care system. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a care management team and overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and health plan clinical initiatives to support achieving quality and affordability targets. This includes managing a program, region, or collection of Pod teams, and implementing process improvements to ensure standardized execution of workflow processes.
One of the key requirements for this role is having a Master's degree (in social work, nursing, psychology, or related human services area) OR being a registered nurse (RN) in Kansas. Additionally, you will need at least 1 years of experience working with children in the foster care system, as well as intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
