This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree (in social work, nursing, psychology, or related human services area) OR be a registered nurse (RN) in Kansas, as well as at least 1 years of experience working with children in the foster care system. They will also need to have intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
In terms of skills and qualifications, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also need to have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
