The Health Programs Specialist is responsible for supporting the operation of United Healthcare’s (UHC) value-based contracts (VBC), health equity, Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) and health neighborhood programs in Colorado.

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver VBC reports to providers and community partners via secure file transfer
- Collect data from providers and community organizations
- Process invoices for Colorado programs
- Coordinate the renewal of contracts and agreements
- Ensure timely execution of contract deliverables
- Collect and summarize program outcomes from partner organizations
- Track and report data for state reporting, financial compliance, and audit activities
- Enter data into state and federal deliverable templates
Required Qualifications
- 1 years of experience working in healthcare or related field
- Excellent understanding of technology including Microsoft suite
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience working in Colorado's Medicaid program
- Experience working with UHC systems (Ariba, Concur, Mercury, and eCG)
- All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy
