- Collaborate with Claims Subject Matter Experts to review claims and identify root cause issues.
- Communicate effectively with providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

- Experience in provider relations and/or provider network management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
