We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to produce high-quality materials that support member-facing and B2B Medicaid materials. As the Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for helping finalize creative work for print production or digital delivery. You may assist other team members in versioning final art for asset delivery, creating sell sheets, collateral, PowerPoint presentations, and other template-based materials. Your goal will be to deliver visually compelling content that aligns with our brand standards and enhances our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to producing top-notch work with attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities
- Interpret creative briefs and understand project requirements and deliverables
- Apply edits and version materials using established templates
- Prepare accurate, final files for print and online distribution
- Perform limited light design within brand standards
- Interact directly with other marketing team members
- Consistently produce high-quality work, demonstrating keen attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines
- Revise assets based on feedback from both internal team and clients
- Keep abreast of industry trends in design and related fields to ensure up-to-date knowledge
- At the time of interview, candidate must present work samples via online portfolio site or attach PDF of work samples to application.
Required Qualifications

- 2 years of proven experience as a production artist, junior designer or related role
- Digital portfolio or relevant work samples
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
- Proven excellent organizational skills, time-management and multitasking ability
- Proven excellent communication skills
- Proven team player-understands the importance of building cross-functional relationships to drive successful product marketing initiatives
- Proven eagerness to think creatively, collaborate and always improve
- Experience at an advertising or branding agency
- Experience in a Regulated Industry (e.g., Healthcare, Financial Services, etc.)
