Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with Consumer Affairs mail by uploading documents, creating letters, updating databases, etc.
- Prepare and distribute approval notifications including creating documents for policy issue system
- Prepare MS Word documents for policy issue system and determine requirements for policy print system including review, testing and receiving approval
- Issue and distribute Group Master policies and update Group Master Policy Database
- Create and update departmental Project database as well as preparing reports utilizing this database
- Assist Manager, Assistant Vice President and Vice President with miscellaneous projects

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 2 years of experience in an office setting
- 2 years of experience working in a position requiring strong verbal and written communication skills
- 1 years of experience working in an office setting providing product support
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work on-site in our Fort Worth, TX office on a hybrid basis - approximately 3 days a week or as business needs determine
- Prior Regulatory or Compliance experience
- Proficient with Access, Outlook and SharePoint
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and high-growth environment with objectivity and collaboration
- Ability to exercise logic and sound judgment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with tight deadlines while paying close attention to the details of all the deliverables
- Solid interpersonal skills with ability to interface effectively with a wide range of people
