Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Travel: Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in the office, Thursday and Friday remotely) Up to 25% local travel.

Primary Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in processing all quote requests in the Sierra Siebel/Portal platform for Association Health Plan (AHP) business and ACR new business
- Bring valuable expertise in handling mid-sized business requests
- Ensure smooth transitions from sales to operations, enhancing client trust and retention
- Managing the submission process for all quoting and new groups. Ensures that all submissions are handled efficiently and accurately
- Supporting external broker inquiries for sales materials and enrollment documents, enhance broker relationships and ensure they have the necessary resources to promote our products effectively
- Conducting new business case reviews and scrubbing for missing information prior to submission
- Providing daily Account Executive support, helping to address any issues promptly and ensuring a smooth workflow
- Manages the monthly transition of sold accounts to service team members, ensuring that clients experience a seamless handover and continued high-quality service
- Acting as a liaison between Sierra and UHC quote requests
- Facilitates clear communication
- Working closely with the department manager on day-to-day escalated sales issues
- Helps to resolve problems quickly and effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to travel locally up to 25% as needed for meetings, deliveries, external events, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a health-related field
- Current/Active Health and Life Insurance License in the State of Nevada
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Presentation skills
- Ability to multitask
