The UnitedMasters team is made up of musicians, marketers, engineers, and storytellers with backgrounds from YouTube, SoundCloud, Pandora, Facebook, Uber, Dropbox, Complex, VICE, and more. We work hand in hand with the award-winning creative teams that forge those innovative partnerships at Translation (our in-house creative advertising agency).

We are looking for an Integrated Production Coordinator to work alongside the Senior Integrated Producer at UnitedMasters! Please note that this role is a Hybrid role: three days in office and two days remote.

What You'll Do

• Project Support & Documentation
  • Manage project documentation and maintain organized google drive and Monday.com
  • Create and distribute detailed meeting notes and action items
  • Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Quality check all client-facing materials including decks and briefs
  • Research and compile project-specific information and resources
• Administrative Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Maintain and organize shared drives and project folders
  • Track project budgets and assist with resource allocation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and artist relations
  • Provide assistance to the Account Management team as needed; sourcing needs for clients, workbook organization, as well as sync assistance
• Content Management
  • Source and organize video b-roll and image assets
  • Maintain all archival footage and ensure proper file organization

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Equal parts strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and excellent eye for detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate ideas effectively.
• Strong cross-functional empathy and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and clients at the same time

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in production coordination or similar role
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Experience with digital asset management
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Familiarity with Frame.io
• Working knowledge of Monday.com
• Proven track record of excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of music trends and music licensing
• Media, agency or publisher experience is a plus
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail

Salary Hiring Range: $27/hr - $32/hr

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide (e.g. bonus, stock options, 401(k) match, etc.)

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.

The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.

The salary range above is for the NY/CA. As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location.
