Job Description:
UAX is seeking energetic, dependable individuals to join our team as a Lot Attendant. The Lot Crew assists with lot operations and sale day prep. The ideal candidate must have great time management skills, experience driving all types of vehicles, and ability to operate under minimal supervision. This person must be a team player, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to accuracy and detail and always represent UAX in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate vehicles in support of sale day events and general auction operations. Includes movement of vehicles to, from and on auction property.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather and handle high temperatures in vehicles.
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Operate all vehicles in a safe manner.
- Align and park vehicles in proper order as directed.
- Comply with all job-related safety and health procedures.
Full benefits, paid time off, and 401K eligibility. This position starts at $15 /hour, M-F work schedule.

Experience and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 21 years old (to be placed on our insurance) with a Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to drive vehicles with standard or automatic transmission
- Commitment to providing great customer service
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
Physical Requirement:
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping regularly
- Must be able to lift or move items at least 25 pounds
- Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
