- Collaborate with academic leadership student services and IT teams to identify analyze and document business requirements for key initiatives.< / li>
- Lead the evaluation and improvement of academic processes including enrollment registration course management and student support services.< / li>
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet educational and operational needs.< / li>
- Analyze and interpret data to deliver actionable insights that support enrollment growth student retention and program performance.< / li>
- Document current state workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and student outcomes.< / li>
- Assist in the selection implementation and optimization of educationfocused software platforms (e.g. LMS SIS CRM).< / li>
- Support change management efforts by developing training materials conducting stakeholder sessions and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.< / li>
- Ensure compliance with educational standards data privacy regulations and accreditation requirements in all business processes.< / li>
- Other duties as assigned.< / li>< / ul>
Salary starting at $90k DOE< / p>
Qualifications : < / b> < / p>
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or a related field (Masters degree preferred).< / li>
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the higher education industry.< / li>
- Strong understanding of college and university operations including enrollment management financial aid course scheduling and student support.< / li>
- Experience with education technology platforms such as LMS (Learning Management Systems) SIS (Student Information Systems) and CRM systems.< / li>
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.< / li>
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.< / li>
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.< / li>
- Knowledge of compliance and accreditation requirements in higher education is a plus.< / li>< / ul>< / p>
