Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform and Data Solutions Developer to design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform and Azure services. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating Power BI reports, Power Automate workflows, and Power Apps, along with a strong foundation in Data Warehousing, Azure Data Factory, MS SQL, and familiarity with the Microsoft Azure environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Create and optimize Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes.
• Develop and maintain user-friendly Power Apps for data entry and operational purposes.
• Build and maintain Data Warehouses to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data efficiently.
• Write and optimize SQL views, stored procedures, and queries for data integration and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Ensure integration and data compatibility across Power Platform solutions, Data Warehousing, and Azure services.
• Monitor and maintain solutions in a secure, scalable, and efficient manner.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft's Power Platform, Azure, and Data Engineering technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary starting at $77k DOE
This is a Full Time Permanent position
This position is Hybrid in Tempe, AZ

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps development.
• Strong experience in Data Warehousing concepts and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory for building and managing ETL pipelines.
• Advanced knowledge of MS SQL, including writing complex queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including services like Azure SQL, App Services, or Logic Apps.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform and Azure certifications (e.g., Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate, Azure Data Engineer Associate).
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or other advanced data integration tools.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of other Microsoft 365 tools and services like SharePoint and Teams.
