Job Description
- Provide mentorship and coaching to all Directors of Financial Aid (DFA) within assigned Region
- Acting DFA when necessary
- Working closely with Financial Aid Management to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness interdepartmentally
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance when needed
- Provide assistance to Campus DFA’s in an effort develop goals and objectives
- Provide strategic and effective reporting to ensure campuses are meeting key performance goals
- Recruit, supervise, and oversee training of the financial aid staff
- Resource management
- Special projects for VP of SFS
Pay Range: 90k - 100k Depending on Leadership Experience within Student Services
Business needs may require this position to be a hybrid modality in the future
