Mechanical Source Inspector

  • W2 Contract
  • Start Date : Immediately - Upon Customer Approval
  • Duration : 1 Year Plus
  • Location : Waterbury, CT 06705
  • Shift : First
  • 40 Hours / Week
  • Training
  • Travel / Mileage Compensation
  • Local candidates only

Experience with the following disciplines :

  • Commodity : Machined Weapon Parts
  • Purchase Order Quality Flow Down Requirements and Special Instructions
  • QAP Drawings – Quality Assurance Provisions
  • AIE Documentation – Acceptance Inspection Equipment
  • Various Sampling Plans
  • Receiving, In-Process, Final Inspections / Inspection Reports / Travelers
  • IMTE] Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment / Custom Inspection Gauges
  • Hands – On dimensional inspections for verifying compliance of complex machined, formed, stamped, cast, and forged parts
  • Complex Engineering Drawings / Parts Lists / GD&T and associated documents
  • All types of Certifications [C of C, Material, Finish, etc…]
  • Experience with First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102 or Equivalent
  • US Citizenship
