JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mechanical Source Inspector - Experience with the following
- Commodity - Complex Machined Parts
- Purchase Order Quality Flow Down Requirements and Special Instructions
- QAP Drawings – Quality Assurance Provisions
- AIE Documentation – Acceptance Inspection Equipment
- Complete Customers Inspection Reports
- CMM Operation
- MIL-STD-1916 Sampling Plans
- Receiving, In-Process, Final Inspections/Inspection Reports/Travelers
- [IMTE] Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment/Custom Inspection Gauges
- Hands – On dimensional inspections for verifying compliance of complex machined, formed, stamped, cast, and forged parts
- Complex Engineering Drawings/Parts Lists/GD&T and associated documents
- All types of Certifications [C of C, Material, Finish, etc…]
- First Article Verification in accordance with AS9102 or Equivalent
