We have an immediate opening for a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher.

Unitemp has over 50 years of experience as the leading commercial and industrial HVAC project and service provider in the New Jersey and New York markets. We provide our clients with the heating, air conditioning and ventilation solutions to meet the needs of their facility and their people. We have an immediate opening for a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher.
Responsibilities
- Assist with dispatching of over 25 HVAC service technicians daily
- Assist HVAC service technicians daily with needs in the field
- Manage the renewals of the HVAC Maintenance Contracts, manage the quarterly visits, prepare and update the maintenance task sheets, work with customer to coordinate the PM visits
- Follow up and communicate with HVAC customers daily on service calls, orders and site issues
- Issue purchase orders and work orders
- Oversee all of the returns in warehouse
- Release orders and follow up with vendors for ETA
- Quote process as necessary
- Answering Phones when needed
- Assist our HVAC Service Director as needed
- At least 2 years of dispatching experience
- Strong customer service skills to present the company in a positive manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-pace environment
- Able to be proactive and take initiative
- Computer proficiency
