Job Description
As a Travel CT Technologist with Uniti Med, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Your duties will include:
- Preparing patients for scans by explaining procedures and positioning them correctly
- Operating CT scanners to obtain images of the body's internal structures
- Adjusting scanner settings and protocols to optimize image quality
- Monitoring patient comfort and safety during scans
- Maintaining accurate records of patient information and scan data
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A valid ARRT certification in CT
- At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
