The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures. This will involve preparing patients for scans, positioning them correctly, and ensuring that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images
- Prepare patients for scans, including explaining the process and answering any questions they may have
- Position patients correctly for scans, taking into account their size, shape, and any mobility issues they may have
- Evaluate scan images to ensure they are of sufficient quality for diagnosis
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and scan results
Requirements:
- ARRT certification in CT
- Experience working with CT scanners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
