Job Description
The LPN/LVN Med Surg position requires the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting. This role involves administering medications, performing vital sign checks, documenting patient information, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, breathing rate, and blood pressure.
- Document patient information, progress notes, and medication administration records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
