Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- At least 1 year of experience in ICU or critical care nursing
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification (if required by the facility)
