This is a travel nursing position in a Medical-Surgical unit, requiring a qualified RN with excellent clinical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
As a travel nurse, you will work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with various medical conditions. Your responsibilities may include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conducting ongoing assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Educating patients and families about health-related topics and disease management
You will also contribute to a culture of excellence within the organization, participating in quality improvement initiatives and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals.
