We are seeking a skilled and dedicated travel nurse to join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry care.
About the Job:
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights
- Employment Type: Travel
This assignment requires a strong commitment to patient care, with a focus on monitoring vital signs and providing supportive care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to telemetry patients
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including ECG rhythms, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient
Requirements:
- RN licensure in the state of Illinois
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telemetry nursing
- Current BLS certification
