We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Radiology Technician to join our team in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. As a radiology technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies
- Position patients correctly to ensure accurate and safe imaging
- Analyze images to detect any abnormalities or irregularities
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging results
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and diagnosis
Requirements:
- Current ARRT certification in radiography
- Valid state licensure as a radiologic technologist
- 2 years of experience in radiology
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
