Job Summary
We are seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry to join our team in Fort Madison, Iowa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with medical surgical and telemetry needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of Iowa.
- At least one year of experience in a med surg/telemetry setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights.
