Job Description:
A Respiratory Therapist is needed to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting. This role requires excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of patients to determine respiratory function and develop treatment plans
- Administer oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health and disease management
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- Current certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
