Job Title: Travel LPN - Long Term Care
Location: North Cape May, New Jersey
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN / LVN for an 8-week long-term care assignment in the evenings. This travel position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, perform various medical procedures, and provide wound care as needed.
- Monitor patient vital signs, report any changes or concerns to the nurse manager.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
- Current LPN / LVN licensure in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience working in long-term care settings, preferably in a travel or per-diem capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
