Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and operate nuclear medicine equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and provide guidance throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, exam results, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB or NRCMT).
- 1-2 years of experience in nuclear medicine technology, preferably in an acute care setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
