What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager - Cascade Station Branch position at Unitus Community Credit Union?

Primary Duties:
- Supervise, coach, train, and develop branch personnel to ensure that the team works well together and is committed to excellence in achieving branch and credit union goals.
- Collaborate with the AVP-Regional Manager, Marketing, and other key departments to plan and develop the branch budget, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
- Contribute to the development of regular branch events and participate in the community to enhance and build positive current and prospective member relations.
- Administer practices to ensure compliance in all Federal, State, and local regulations and laws as well as Unitus policies and procedures.
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in the financial industry with demonstrated knowledge of financial services products, sales and service skills, and branch operations.
- A minimum of two years supervisory and/or managerial experience
- Experience in training others on-the-job, handling escalated service issues, providing resolution of technical procedures and/or policies, and other basic skills needed to lead others effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience in using technology to accomplish work.
- Credit union experience preferred.
