Unity Fitness is a locally owned and operated gym that is committed to providing our members with world class customer service and we are in need of equally passionate individuals to fill our Client Support/Front Desk team!
Your job duties will include:
- Greet members upon arrival in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring welcoming atmosphere
- Answer and appropriately handle incoming phone calls from members and prospects
- Run our in house smoothie bar
- Follow daily task list including overseeing club cleanliness
- Track inventory and order supplies weekly
- Utilize client management software to create new client profiles and track member visits
- Communicate clearly with members both in person and through email/text
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations within the gym
Requirements for success:
- World class customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Demonstrated interest in fitness / healthy lifestyle, preferred
