Core Competencies and Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership and Business Growth


- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand the company's market share in the fund administration sector.

- Drive business development initiatives to accelerate company growth.

- Forge strategic partnerships with key industry players, including custodians, auditors, and technology providers.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for inorganic growth through strategic acquisitions and partnerships.


Operational Excellence and Technology Innovation


- Oversee the continuous improvement of fund administration processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.

- Lead the implementation of state-of-the-art fund administration platforms, embracing AI, blockchain, and cloud technologies.

- Establish best practices for NAV calculations, investor reporting, regulatory compliance, and performance analytics.

- Drive the development of value-added services such as treasury management, carried interest calculations, and ESG reporting.


Client Relationship Management


- Foster deep relationships with C-level executives at client firms, positioning the company as a trusted strategic partner.

- Ensure exceptional service delivery across all client engagements, maintaining industry-leading client satisfaction and retention rates.

- Develop tailored solutions for complex fund structures, including multi-asset, cross-border, and hybrid funds.

- Lead the company's thought leadership initiatives, positioning it as an authority on fund administration best practices.


Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management


- Ensure robust compliance with evolving global regulatory requirements, including FATCA, CRS, AIFMD, and GDPR.

- Implement comprehensive risk management frameworks to safeguard client assets and data.

- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.


Team Leadership and Organizational Development


- Build and lead a high-performing global team of fund administration professionals.

- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and client-centricity.

- Implement talent development programs to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.


Required Qualifications:


- Must have prior experience as a founding member of a private company that achieved either a $100M valuation or $10M ARR/revenue, OR extensive experience specifically in fund administration in the United States.

- 10 years of experience in fund administration or related financial services, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.

- Proven track record of scaling financial services businesses preferred

- Deep understanding of private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment fund structures and operations.

- Strong technical knowledge of fund accounting, performance reporting, and regulatory compliance.

- Experience in leading technological transformations in financial services organizations.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with a history of delivering results in competitive markets.

- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or business administration; CPA or CAIA designation is highly desirable.


Compensation Package:


- Base salary range: $150,000 - $650,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

- Performance-based bonus structure tied to company growth, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency metrics.

- Long-term incentive plan including equity ownership to align with company's long-term success.
