Duties
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Licensure or certification as a Behavioral Health Professional
- Experience in counseling individuals with behavioral health concerns
- Knowledge of art therapy, gender issues counseling, and psychopharmacology is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
