Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide exceptional on-site support for diagnostic imaging equipment, including X-ray and CT machines. This is a remote, field-based role in North Dakota, requiring a self-motivated individual to manage a geographic territory while delivering outstanding customer service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier on-site service support to customers, setting industry standards for service excellence.
- Collaborate with Customer Care Center (regional and headquarters) to troubleshoot, maintain, and update diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Play an essential role in new product launches and installations of diagnostic imaging systems in the U.S. market.
- Quickly address and resolve technical issues with hardware, mechanical, and software systems, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve your technical expertise and stay up-to-date with new technologies in the diagnostic imaging field.
- Participate in service training courses both in the U.S. and internationally, as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with diagnostic imaging equipment, with a focus on X-ray and/or CT machines.
- Field service experience, including territory management and troubleshooting of hardware, mechanical, and software systems.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and network communication.
- Must reside in or near North Dakota (ND) for this remote position.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service objectives.
