Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dentist to provide general dental services in a state-of-the-art dental center in Duval County. This is a short-term contract position offering competitive pay and an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of general dental services including:
- Comprehensive dental exams
- Preventive services
- Restorations
- Removable complete and partial dentures
- Extractions (within the scope of general dentistry)
- Maintain detailed patient records using electronic health software (EagleSoft and HMS).
Important Requirements:
- Must be fully enrolled as a Florida Medicaid Provider
- Credentialed with DentaQuest and Liberty Dental Insurance
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check and drug screening
- Must have an active Florida Dental License
Qualifications & Experience:
- DDS or DMD degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing a full range of general dental services
- Must adhere to medical dress code (medical scrubs)
Pay Rate:
- Pay Rate: $101.81/hr

- Use of EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System)
