Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at a Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic imaging examinations using medical imaging equipment to help diagnose various medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and PET scans
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment
- Ensure patient safety during procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Certification in Radiography
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience working in an ER or urgent care setting is preferred
- Familiarity with diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine
- Ability to perform scans with precision and attention to detail
