Emergency Room RN - Contractor Position
Location: Muskegon, MI 49444
Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 Hours (Monday to Friday, 3 Days/12 Hours per Week)
Pay Rate: $47.17/hr (Local); $52.41/hr (Non-local, inclusive of per diem)
Per Week: 36 Hours
3-Months Contract
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department on a contract basis. This role requires the delivery of high-quality care for emergency patients, ensuring proper implementation and monitoring of care plans. You will act as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to facilitate efficient patient care and collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Carry out physician and nursing orders
- Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs
- Provide emergency care in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in ER
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- Professional references (2)
