Job Title: ICU RN (Contract Position)

Location: Boise, ID
Department: Critical Care Float Pool
Shift: 3 days/week, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Compensation: $51.76/hr

Job Summary:
Trinity Health is seeking a skilled ICU RN to join our Critical Care Float Pool for a contract position in Boise, ID. As an ICU RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to acutely or critically ill patients, ensure effective implementation of care plans, and supervise nursing personnel in the absence of the Head Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Implement and execute medical care plans.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure proper care in the absence of the Head Nurse.
• Maintain standard unit activities and support team functions.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

Schedule:

• 3 days per week (Monday to Friday), 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM).
