Pay Rate: $50.45/hr
Shift Timings: 19:00-7:30 Am
Hours per Week: 36 hours (3 x 12-hour shifts)
Job Summary:
Unity Health is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Nampa, ID. The ideal candidate will provide nursing care to critically ill patients, implement medical care plans, and supervise nursing staff on the unit. This is an onsite position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill or acutely unwell patients.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring they meet clinical needs.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff in the delivery of patient care.
- Maintain unit operations in the absence of the Head Nurse.
- Perform other related duties as required to support unit activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
- Current RN license and relevant certifications.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to manage critically ill patients in an ICU setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
