Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (3 Days, 12 Hours Per Week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Traveler position in the Labor and Delivery department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and post-delivery. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery and will be ready to work on a rotating schedule with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans according to the physician's orders.
- Assess and document patient conditions, communicating any changes with the healthcare team.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for all patient care disciplines to ensure smooth and coordinated care.
- Follow and carry out physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Assess and manage patients' discharge planning needs, collaborating with other team members.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active license.
- Traveler RN experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $57.66
- Guarantee Period: Must complete 36 hours of work to be eligible for the reward.
- Payment Terms: Rewards paid monthly.
Work Environment:
- Onsite work required.
