Care New England Health System is seeking an experienced RN Medical / Surgical for an onsite contractor position in Warwick, RI. This role involves providing high-quality patient care on a medical/surgical unit, with a focus on patient safety, care coordination, and discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Assess and communicate patient conditions effectively.
- Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Support patient discharge planning with healthcare team collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a medical/surgical setting.
- Active RN license and BLS certification required.
